2. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to legal residents of the state of Ohio who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Gionino’s Pizzeria, Inc. ("Sponsor") and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.
3. CONTEST PERIOD: Each contest will have a specific start and end date, as announced on the official Gionino’s Pizzeria, Inc. social media pages. Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be considered.
4. HOW TO ENTER: Entry methods may vary by contest but will be clearly outlined in the contest announcement on the Sponsor’s social media platforms. Typical entry methods may include liking, sharing, commenting, tagging, or submitting user-generated content. Only one entry per person per contest is allowed unless otherwise stated.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected in a random drawing or based on criteria outlined in the specific contest rules. Winners will be notified via direct message or comment on the social media platform used for entry. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
6. PRIZES: Prize details, including value, will be announced in each contest posting. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating, entrants agree to allow Gionino’s Pizzeria, Inc. to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Gionino’s Pizzeria, Inc., its affiliates, social media platforms, and any associated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of a prize.
9. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS: This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is void where prohibited. Gionino’s Pizzeria, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel a contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the contest’s integrity.
10. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLOSURE: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Participants release these platforms from any responsibility regarding the contest.
